Three simple tips to stay in shape

I know how hard it can be to be healthy and stay that way! Trust me…I know all too well! I’ve found though that there are simple things you can do to help motivate and persuade you to want to be Tips to Stay Fitstay fit and healthy, so I figured I would share them with you! Eating a well-balanced diet and staying physically active sometimes doesn’t cut it for so many people out there, so try these suggestions to help vamp up your normal routine.

1. Be an early bird. If you maintain a pretty tight schedule, then try working out in the morning. This way you cannot procrastinate and find reasons why not to work out after you get home later in the evening.

2. Add some flare to your workouts and switch up your routines. If you do cardio, try something besides the treadmill or elipticall like rollerbladding, swimming or cycling. If you’re in the gym doing circuits for instance, try doing them outside and enjoy the weather while doing so! Mixing up your routine will help keep you focused and interested in working out.

3. Embrace your body and curves. I believe that you will not always be confident in what you have to work with, but embrace it anyway. Find that inner confidence, be happy and then kick your own butt! If you have goals, work hard to attain them. Remember that great bodies don’t grow on trees!
