Superfoods – Miracle Reds

Dec 9, 2008

Miracle RedsOver the past couple of years I have been hearing a lot about superfood supplements. Superfoods are natural, nutrient-rich food supplements derived from nature’s plant sources, providing a multitude of health benefits. I started taking Miracle Reds about eight weeks ago and can say that this will definitely be a supplement that will also use. I feel healthy all the time plus have more energy on this stuff than most energy pills I have used in the past. A tablespoon of Miracle Reds is five servings of fruit and vegetables! That beats eating all those servings throughout the day.

Here is my my favorite Superfood and protein recipe

Love miracle reds! Been a user for several years no! I loved Macro greens, well miracle greens now also! Hard to adjust to the taste at first, but I’d be between a rock and hard place now if it weren’t for these amazing products!

I too enjoy the miracle greens and I completely agree with Natalie. I’d be screwed if I couldn’t get them anymore because I hate vegetables. I cannot wait to try Josh’s recipe for a protein shake with the miracle reds. The greens definitely took some getting used to. It would have been nice to have a recipe like this to get the greens to go down a little easier!

I have heard so many good things about their products. First time I’ve seen a recipe for them though! I finally broke down right before christmas and bought some of the greens and reds to try them out and find out what all the hype is about! Hopefully, hearing good things and reading articles like these, i’ll find out for myself why they are all the rave?!?!
