Stevia – Myth or Fact?

May 15, 2009

Stevia PlantSo recently, Josh Rafferty was telling about these videos he had been watching about Stevia. These videos were all from a guy named Dan Quinn. Dan in each of these videos talks about Stevia and all of the benefits of using Stevia. In all honesty, Dan is a pretty outrageous individual and pretty much says what is on his mind, so most people would be turned off by how brash he is and would not really listen to the message about Stevia he is spreading.

Those who know me, know that I usually call B.S. when I hear or see it. So normally, when an individual or company is trying to sell something and they go on and on about it, it sours me on what they are selling. Now the more I watched Dan Quinn in his Stevia videos, one thing clearly caught my attention. He isn’t trying to sell me or any one else a Stevia product. I could clearly see he believed in Stevia and its benefits and was really passionate about trying to spread his message about Stevia. All I could keep thinking was that there has to be something about Stevia and his message.

For those of you who are not familiar with Stevia, it is an natural sweetener that has NO known side effects and a teaspoon of it is more sweet than a cup of sugar.

Other benefits include:

  • Treating Obesity
  • High Blood Pressure Treatment
  • 100% Natural Sweetener
  • 300X’s the Sweetness of Sugar
  • Great for Diabetics

In Dan Quinn’s videos, he shows what he is calling H2O Fission. I’ll explain. What Dan does in these videos is take Stevia and puts it in water then he blends it in a blender. Once he finishes the process, there is a massive layer of what he calls “toxic soap” which he believes is impurities in the water sitting on top of the water. Once he removes the “toxic soap”, he now has H2O Fission. He notes that you should take 8 teaspoons a day of Stevia in this matter. So now, I will speak a bit about my experience last night.

Even though Dan seems a bit or maybe alot out there, his message really hit me in the face, especially when I watched the video with UFC fighter Diego Sanchez talking about Stevia as well. I really think there is something to all of this I have been writing about. So back to last night.

I ordered my Stevia and received it yesterday. So all day I was putting Stevia into everything I was drinking. When I got home though, this was my first attempt in attempting H2O Fission. Man, was I in for a surprise. Instead of the 8 teaspoons, I went for 2:1 Water/Stevia mix. 4-5 teaspoons of Stevia to 10 glasses of FILTERED water. Once I put my Stevia into my blender, I blended for 30 or so seconds. I’m not exaggerating here, but there was at least 4 inches of so called “toxic soap” on top of the water. The crazy thing was, it wasn’t going anywhere. This foam was thick like a soap. In my opinion, there was no way that amount of Stevia in water could form that amount of crap on top of my water. I will do updates every couple of weeks on mine and the rest of the team members here at i-Supplements use of this process with Stevia. Let’s see if Dan’s message is for real or not.

I’m not posting a video, but go to YouTube and search “Dan Quinn Stevia” and watch some of his videos, especially the one with Diego Sanchez. See what you think, and let’s see if Stevia really is a super supplement!
