Steroids: How Bad Are They?

Constantly, we are told of the ills of steroids use by doctors, government officials, parents and coaches, but really, how bad are they?
 
Consider this; When a person is dying of AIDS or cancer, or some other debilitating disease, what are they given to prolong their life? Steroids!
 
Now, if they are given to a dying person to keep them alive, does it make sense that they will kill a healthy person?
 
Obviously, steroid ABUSE (and I stress the word – abuse) can lead to many negative side-effects, but done under the supervision of a doctor, they can have amazing positive effects on a persons’ muscularity, vitality and sex life.
 
Before people jump on the “steroids are evil” bandwagon, maybe they should consider all the different benefits that steroids bring to the table. After all, they were created to help people.
