Lower Body Workout
Warm-up 1 mile run
Hack Squats 15-20 reps
Lunge Jumps 30 reps
Dead Lift w/straight bar 20 reps
Kettlebell Glute Swings 30 res
Leg Ext 12-15 reps
I did 3 rounds back to back with a minute rest.
Finished up with a 4 mile run.
