Think you are just too tired to work out? Do you experience persistent fatigue? Think if you actually get up and do something it will just sap the small amount of energy you have left? Well think again people.
Countless studies have proven that even 10 minutes a day of low intensity workout can boost your energy levels by as much as 20%. And, more moderately intense workouts decreased fatigue by as much as 65%! If this weren’t enough reason to get up and get moving, exercise has also shown to help improve your psyche. So not only are you improving your body, you are also taking steps toward a healthier mind.

This is so incredibly true. I was a couch potatoe for about 7 years. Finally one day I just decided enough was enough and I joined a gym. I feel better now than I ever have before. I have huge amounts of energy and I get up at 5 am to work out!

I am going to give this a try. I just ordered me some Green Stingers to help kick start my metabolism. I think I can handle 10 mins a day to start my weight loss journey, Thanks

For the non-believers out there. This is so true! I used to be so lazy! I now wake up about 40 minutes earlier workout for a half hour then get ready for work, and wow does it change my day! I feel so refreshed and awake after my workouts, where before I was so drained and felt sleepy. My days are so different now that I’ve started working out first thing instead of skipping it all togethere!
