The Public often asks themselves ‘is ephedrine safe?’ or ‘does ephedrine work?’ Because of the confusion that the media has caused surrounding the use of ephedrine people are hesitant to begin an ephedrine regimen.
Most negative claims have been overstated regarding ephedrine use. The media has made it very hard for the public to know the truth about ephedrine. When taken properly, it has very minor side effects. A study found that healthy individuals had minimal increase of blood pressure or heart rate.
A caffeine/ephedrine combination is very effective at burning fat. Although, if you have high blood pressure kidney disease, heart disease, or thyroid disease you should consult with your doctor before taking ephedrine. If you are a healthy individual, you should begin taking the smallest dose possible of ephedrine. If you feel as though that dose is not enough, you can always up it! Always be sure to follow all directions on the label of the ephedrine product you purchase, and consult with your doctor.

I’m so glad the finally people are starting to recognize that ephedra products aren’t “the devil.” It makes me so angry to hear news stories about how terrible ephedra is for you when the Chinese have been using it for literally thousands of years with no issues. Then a couple of morons who either can’t read dosing labels or product warnings decide to double up on doses. They have health problems from it and blame ephedra? That’s like blaming McDonalds because you are fat. Give me a break.

It is nice to see articles like this one. I myself was very hesitant to start taking ephedrine diet pills about a year ago. I looked into it extensively and found that only when abused or combined with other things that it is bad for you. I appreciate articles like these. It is nice to know that you try and keep your customers informed so they know what kind of decision to make. Thanks!

The green stingers are great! I have tried many different ephedra products over the years and since they have had to change it so many times many “ephedra” products aren’t the same…understandable…but the green stingers I just tried are the closest to the old stuff as it gets! I love them!!!!

It is so hard to find an ephedra product now-a-days that suits you best, considering there are how many to choose from! Be cautious, know your body and how it reacts to the product. It is as simple as that…o and don’t over do it! There is a recommended dose for a reason!

I completely agree with Jayden. Ephedra products contain stimulants that increase your heart rate and blood pressure. Most if not all of them also contain a pretty hefty dose of caffeine so it’s important to know your tolerance to these types of stimulants. Don’t take your ephedra diet pill with your morning coffee. Drink lots and lots and lots of water (I mean alot). These supplements can be very effective but read the bottle for cripes sake. That way you won’t get yourself into trouble. And if you don’t like the way they make you feel…STOP TAKING THEM. Find an alternative solution to your weight loss issue. Don’t let an avoidable medical issue occur because you are too stubborn to admit you cannot tolerate an ephedra product.
