Day 135, March 27, 2012

Good Morning everyone.  I think today is going to be a halfway slow day!  Well maybe.  LOL.  Lately, I haven’t really had any slow days.  But I do like staying busy.  I’d better get started on my day.

8:00 am:  oatmeal with fresh strawberries and splenda with 3 Colostrum by TBR Labs, 3 SlimQuick Extreme, 1 L-Carnitine, and water.  I’m not drinking any coffee today.  My acid reflux is going a little crazy today.

I’m doing laundry today and I have to clean everything up from the past few days.  I get really behind and very tired when I work several days in a row.  I think I’m getting  way too old for this.  LOL!  I have decided to go ahead and work my upper body today.  I have low weights and I’m doing 4 sets of 15.  I am pretty sure I will be sore but I will persevere.

11:30 am:  1.5 scoops of Cookies and Cream Ultimate Muscle Protein by Beverly with 1 L-Carnitine and water.

3:40 pm:  Chicken salad with celery and 1 L-Carnitine, and water.

My tummy is kind of blah today.  I have terrible allergies and they are really getting to me today.  Add to that my acid reflux, and the drainage from the allergies and it makes for a cruddy day.  I’m going to have some water and lay down for a little bit.

6:00 pm: I feel a little better so I am going to have my chicken salad with low fat italian, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, celery, carrots, onions with my 1 L-Carnitine and my water.

8:30 pm:  It’s time for my last meal and I think I am going to have 1 scoop of the Chocolate UMP with water and 3 Colostrum by Total Body Research Labs with 1 L-Carnitine.  Now it’s time for bed.  Today is going to be a much better day.  Good night to all of my friends and I hope you have sweet dreams…..

Day 136, March 28, 2012

Good morning everyone.  Today is going to be another busy day.  I have a lot to do today but I plan on having fun.  I have to eat my breakfast on the run so it’s a protein bar for me along with my 3 Colostrum, 3 SlimQuick Extreme, and 1 L-Carnitine, along with a bottle of water.  I have to run to get my cat Freezer from the vet this morning.  Poor think got neutered so I’m thinking he’s going to be a bit on the cranky side.  After that I have errands to do with my daughter and we are going to spend the day together after the boring stuff.  LOL!  More later.

11:00 am:  We are having lunch at Ponderosa in Madison.  I’m having chicken with a baked potato, watermelon, cantaloupe, and kiwi with water and lemon.  It is a little off for me to eat chicken where I would normally eat steak but I don’t mind.  I’m getting into my pants and shorts I haven’t been able to wear for several years and I am LOVING it!

I didn’t think we would be out this long and I didn’t brink anything else but I am having some more water.

6:00 pm:  I waited too long to eat but Breanna and I had so much fun today.  We went shopping, went to lunch, went to the flea market, and then dollar store and Walmart.  We stopped off at Mom and Dad’s to show them the spoils and now we are on our way home.  We are going to pick up Kaylie on the way through then it’s dinner for us and some televison time.

6:25 pm:  I am having the rest of my chicken salad along with green beans and boiled potatoes with spray butter, 1 L-Carnitine, and my water.  I’m thinking about a few drinks of my hubby’s diet pepsi.  It’s been a while.  Then again Maybe not!  It gets easier if you just say no to the pop.  I know it may be hard for some of you to believe but I swear it is totally true!

8:40 pm:  It’s time for my last meal today.  I’m going to have 1.5 scoops of Chocolate UMP protein shake by Beverly Internationalwith my 3 TBR Labs Colostrum, and 1 L-Carnitine.  I’m not hungry but I wanted to make sure I had my supplements in for the night.  I walked today but didn’t get any excercise in but I will tomorrow.  It’s going to be a very busy day.  I hope you all had a great day today and have sweet dreams….

Day 134, March 26, 2012

Good morning everyone!  I hope you are all having the kind of day that I am.  It has been wonderful.  I have been so busy with work and all the family stuff.  It does seems like it has been a crazy time.  I have been pretty tired at night.  On the up side I have been too tired to eat.  I have had so many wonderful things happen to me lately.  I have had my hubby home with me and thank goodness he is finished with his class from you know where, my kids are on spring break and they are getting along, I’ve been spending time with my Dad and he is doing a good job losing weight again, and I’ve finally gotten to the 50 pound weightloss goal.  I am halfway there.  I did yo-yo a bit during the winter months but now I’m back on track and going strong.  I firmly believe part of your weight loss battle is your mindset.  If you aren’t ready to give it your all then you will have trouble succeeding.  I’ve had so many people tell me lately that they can tell I’ve lost a lot of weight.  I am in pants and jean shorts I haven’t been able to wear for over 3 years.  And my husband has been VERY complimentary lately.  It has just been wonderful.  Now if you would have asked me last week then you would have heard what butts my family were all being and how I needed a vacation.  Lord save all of us from hormonal outbursts!  LOL!   Now things are more settled and running smoothly.  It’s about time.  I need to lose at least another 50 pounds.  It’s going to be hard but not impossible.  I am starting to work out with my weights again.  I am starting to get firm and not a jiggling mess anymore.  Yay Me!  No body likes the jiggely jello legs and arms…

7:00 am:  It was a little hard getting up early today after working all the hours the past few days.  But I did it. I’m having an egg white omelette with green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and fat free cheese.  I’m on my first cup of coffee along with my 3 TBR Labs Colostrum, 3 SlimQuick Extreme, and 1 L-Carnitine.  I’m on my first glass of water.

11:00 am:  It’s time for lunch.  I’m having chicken salad with pickles, onions, green olives, green peppers, on celery with 1 cup of cantalope and my L-Carnitine.  I’ve drank 3 glasses of water and now I have to run to Dad’s house.  I bought several 3 litre bottles of water so I’m taking one of them with me.  LOL!

3:30 pm:  Ok I’m finished at Dad’s house.  I picked up some healthy snacks and now it’s time for me to get dinner on.  We are having grilled chicken with grilled green beans mixed with onions and fruit salad. I took my L-Carnitine with water.   I’ve drank so much water I want to live in the potty room right now.  One downfall about drinking all of it.

5:30 pm:  Today is the day I’m doing my lower body workout.  I’ve been sore but it’s getting easier than last week.  I could barely walk.  It was almost painful to watch.  It’s the best feeling of accomplishment.  I love it!

8:00 pm:  It’s time for me to drink my last meal.  LOL!  I’m having my 3 Colostrum by Total Body Research Labs, and 1 L-Carnitine with my Chocolate Ultimate Muscle Protein by Beverly International

I’m getting tired now so I’m going to go watch some television with my family and relax for a change.  I hope you all had a great day.  I hope tomorrow is going to be warmer.  It was a little nippy out today.  Sweet dreams everyone….

Day 127, March 19, 2012

Good morning everyone!  It’s going to be another beautiful day today.  I have to run to Batesville today and drop off some money for my tupperware and then drop off some Mary Kay for a couple of people.  I think a walk is in order since it is so wonderful out!  I hope you get to enjoy the day too.

8:00 am:  I’m eating my protein bar with my 3 Colostrum by TBR Labs, 3 SlimQuick Extreme, 1 L-Carnitine and water.  I’m running out of my free protein bars so I hope some come back on sale again.  They make it  easy to stay on track with your eating.  I’m always eating on the run during the summer.

I dropped the money off and looked through my friends new house.  It was huge!  I love, love, love her sun room.  I really want one but have to save, save, save first!  LOL!  I’m off to my friends house to drop her MK off.

It is so nice out we are going to go for a walk through Oldenburg.  If you have the chance I highly recommend it.  I forgot my running shoes so I am going to do something you should never do, I’m going to walk with my flip flops on.  Hey at least they are Nike.  I wouldn’t recommend walking in them but it’s better than nothing.

I am home now and I really enjoyed spending time with my Bestie!  We walked her dogs and it was beautiful.  We walked through the cemetary and back a long lane of woods overlooking hills, it was awesome.  I drove my Mustang Convertible with the top down so today has been A-W-E-S-O-M-E!  That’s right I said AWESOME!  Of course I looked like a total dork with my ball cap and pig tails but hey I don’t really care.

I drank lots of water while I was gone today but didn’t eat anything so I’m a really bad nutrition girl today.  On the up side I didn’t eat anything I wasn’t suppose to.  On the down side I got a stomach ache and I didn’t eat enough.  I need to pack my handy dandy cooler again.  Next time I go out I definately will.

6:30 pm:  I am having grilled chicken strips with a baked potato, green beans, water, and 1 L-Carnitine.  I have to say I was afraid I had begun to C-L-U-C-K!   But tonight it was really good.  I need to come up with some more variety food.  I am so terrible during the nice weather.  It’s something I will work on.  I’ll just add it to my list.

BTW I forgot to tell you all that I put a pair of shorts on that I haven’t been able to wear for over 3 years.  Sooo excited!  I mean they were jean shorts and I did have to do the dance.  You all know the dance I’m talking about.  Pull, stretch, bend and touch the floor a few times, pull the waistband out.  LOL!  Don’t lie, I know all of you have done the jean dance at least once in your life.  Even thin girls have to do the jean dance sometimes.  I am going to tell you a GIANT secret and I’m sure my husband is going to kill me (insert chuckle here), when I was younger and thin my jeans used to be so tight when I put them on that I would do the whole jean dance only back then(because of my excessive age), I had to lay on the bed first then do the whole jean dance.  Well I found a way to circumvent the “jean dance”.  I used to have my husband put my jeans on first, (insert another chuckle, then another again, he is so going to kill me)then I wouldn’t have to do the dance.  They fit perfect.  Hahahahaha!  Funny shit!  He loves me sooo much!  I am very lucky!  I mean think about it.  Does your husband love you enough to put your pants on and stretch them out for you?  It’s something to think about…

9:30 pm:  It’s time for me to have my Cookies and Cream Ultimate Muscle Protein by Beverly International with my 3 Colostrum by TBR Labs , and my 1 L-Carnitine.  I’m having another glass of ice water.  I’m really thirsty tonight.  It’s been a great day.  I came home and cleaned off my porch and put my flowers in the new flower pots I bought.  They have two puppies on them.  Too cute.  I then cleaned my kitchen and did the dishes.  Now it’s time for me to find out who “A” is on Pretty Little Liars.  I’ve waited a while to find out.  I hope you were lucky enough to be outside today!  Have a great night and sweet dreams…..

P.S. Do yourself a favor and go out and enjoy the sun tomorrow.  If you have house work to do put in on the back burner for a while.  You will be much better for it!

Day 126, March 18, 2012

Good morning everyone.  I was so tired last night.  I slept in today.  I’m going to have my coffee inside because I’m too sunburned to go outside today.  Poor me.  It’s suppose to be a nice day again today.  I’m really kinda bummed that I can’t go outside.

9:30 am:  oatmeal with banana, 3 TBR Labs Colostrum, 3 SlimQuick Extreme, 1 L-Carnitine, water and coffee.  I’m going to read a book on the couch today

12:30 pm:  Still bummed about not being able to go outside.  It’s time for lunch.  We are warming up the egg/chicken casserole from yesterday.  I’m drinking lemon water and taking my L-Carnitine.  Greg went to get the tiller so he could till the two gardens.  I’ve been in and out today.  I guess I could put a t-shirt on and go out but then I will get weird tan lines so I’m not doing it.

We went back over to Greg’s parents house to help them take their two couches they bought in and set them up.   We are grilling potatoes, and chicken on the grill, green beans and  I’ve got ice water with lemons.  I have really missed grilling out.  I need to move to florida so I can grill year round.  I took my L-Carnitine and I’m good to go.  Now it’s time for me to get ready for the kids to go back to school and Greg back to work.  I hate being at the house by myself after the weekend.  I love having the family around.  You know I hear from all of our friends and family how glad they are when their husband goes back to work and the kids are in school but I am the total opposite.  I would love it if they were home with me all of the time.  Of course I am sure I would change my mind if they were underfoot all of the time.  Who knows?

8:30 pm:  It’s time for me to take my 3 Colostrum by Total Body Research Labs, L-Carnitine, and chocolate Ultimate Muscle Protein by Beverly with my water.  It’s been a really good day today.  We got a lot of things done today.  I’m going to get ready for Monday.  I am going to go for my favorite walk tomorrow.  I hope you had a great day and have sweet dreams…

Day 125, March 17, 2012

Good morning everyone!  It’s going to be a wonderful day today.  We are going to have breakfast then it’s time for us to go outside.  Greg is making us an egg white omelette with onions, and mushrooms.  I took my 3 Colostrum by TBR Labs, 3 SlimQuick Extreme, L-Carnitine and  I’m grabbing my cup of coffee for the porch swing and outside we go.

Talk about a busy, busy day.  Greg cleaned some of the flower beds up, picked up the clutter from the deck and around it.  I cleaned the deck up.  We had some rose of sharon bushes in the back yard Greg and Dylan pulled out with the tractor.  And I got to lay out on my lounge chair and read a book.  It was so nice.  Greg made us his chicken and egg casserole.  I took my my L-Carnitine and I’ve had my ice water.  Now I have to go to work for a few hours.  I’m really sunburned but I had a great day.

I didn’t think I would be gone as long as I was.  I took water to drink but nothing to eat.  I’m way behind.  I’m too tired to eat much so I’m going  to have my Chocolate Ultimate Muscle Protein by Beverly International.  I’m taking my 3 Total Body Research Labs Colostrum, my 1 L-Carnitine and water.  Now I am off to bed.  I hope you all had a great day and have sweet dreams….

Day 124, March 16, 2012

I am so excited!  Greg took the day off and we get to spend the entire day together.  We are going to get lunch and then go to a movie.  Then we will have to see  what comes next.

I had a protein bar for breakfast.  It taste like crap but it has a load of protein in it and it was free.  My mother in law is great about getting them for almost nothing.  She totally loves her couponing.  I’ve used protein bars before and they worked for me so I’m going to grab them when I’m in a hurry.  I took my 3 SlimQuick Extreme, 3 TBR Labs Colostrum, my L-Carntine.  I grabbed a bottle of water and off we go.

We have some errands to run before we go to the movie.  I have to stop at work for a little bit.  I need to make sure I know when I’m scheduled to work the next time.

Ok that’s all done now it’s time for us to have lunch.  I’m having a grilled chicken sandwich without the bun, steamed potatoes, and steamed green beans.  I even ordered a water with lemon.  I am being such a good girl!  I want you all to remember that after you eat healthy you really don’t want to put the unhealthy stuff in your body.  You may crave it but once you eat it, trust me, it doesn’t taste as good as you remembered.

Ok now it’s time for our movie.  We are going to see This Means War.  I think it’s going to be good but I will let you know.  We didn’t get a pop or popcorn so I’m still a good girl.

Ok the movie was really good.  I thought the other guy was hotter than the one she picked but whatever.  (Did you like how I didn’t ruin the movie for you there?  LOL!)  Now we have to run past Biggs in Harrison, OH to see if we can find snow cream for my two youngest.  We picked up two movies to watch tonight.  I love to cuddle with my hubby.  It’s the best.

I cut up some celery and broccoli earlier and we have baby carrots.  I ate a bowl of those with my L-Carnitine and water.  Then I ate some fat free butter pecan ice cream stuff that Greg bought me.  I know it’s dairy but I tried to go healthy.  So I guess I’m not like a good girl, I’m not really a bad girl either, I think I’m a so-so girl.   LOL!  I’ll take it.

I am drinking my Cookies and Cream Ultimate Muscle Protein by Beverly with my 3 Colostrum, L-Carnitine and my water.  I should have just had my shake earlier.  It took care of my sweet craving.  Duh!  I’ll remember that.

It’s time for me to get to bed.  Greg and I are going to work outside tomorrow so I get to work on my tan again.  I am loving this weather.  My allergies are going nuts but I will take it with this beautiful weather.  I hope you all had a great night and have sweet dreams…

Day 123, March 15, 2012

Good morning everyone.  Today is going to be a day for chillaxin.  I’m going to go for a walk but not too much more.  I’d better get up and start my day.

7:45 am:  The kids are on the bus and out the door for school.  Now it’s time for me to have my coffee and oatmeal.  I took my 3 SlimQuick Extreme, 3 Colostrum by Total Body Research Labs, L-Carnitine, and water.  I’m having my coffee out on the swing.  Today is going to be a really nice day.

Today has been an awesome day.  I absolutely love the sun.  I know I have said it before and I am sure I am going to say it again.  I have been outside since I got up.  I’ve already called Greg and told him I wouldn’t be doing anything inside today.  LOL!

12:00 pm:  Not really in the mood for eating when it’s this nice out.  For now I’m grabbing a protein bar.  I’m taking my jug of ice water outside with me.  I am so wanting a tan.  I think it’s just what I need right now.  Here in a little bit I’m going to go for my walk.  I took my L-Carnitine and back outside I go.

3:00 pm:  I’ve really enjoyed my day today.  I’ve enjoyed doing absolutely nothing.  I kept thinking how great my life is.  I could so do this every day.  Wouldn’t that be nice to be able to just sit in the sun with no worries.  If I could bottle this feeling I would be rich.  LOL!  It’s time for me to take my L-Carnitine and I’m having chicken wrapped in lettuce with fat free italian dressing, and an apple.

6:00 pm:  Of course now it’s getting all yucky looking out.  It looks like it’s going to storm.  So much for good weather.  Oh, well at least I got to be out in the sun most of the day.  Greg is at school tonight so I’m going to fix something quick.  I’m thinking steak with sauteed green peppers, mushrooms and onions on brown rice.  I made fresh fruit salad  earlier so I’m having some of that with my L-Carnitine and water.

Now it’s time for me to excercise.  I went for a short walk earlier so now it’s time for me to use my weights for my upper body.  I am so not good about working out with my weights.  I know I would lose weight and inches faster if I would just do it.  I’m having trouble getting motivated.  I need another work out buddy.  It’s way more fun to work out with a buddy.

I have a terrible stomach ache.  I’m going to have to skip my UMP protein shake and evening supplements.  I’m going to bed.  Good night everyone.

Mission NOT Impossible – Log 54

Day 122, March 14, 2012

Good morning everyone!  First things first today and I am making me some coffee.  Breanna is home sick with strep throat.  She’s going to sleep in and I’m going to enjoy my coffee on my porch swing.  I have to say I think my porch swing has to be one of the best investments we have made.  I really enjoy it.  Ok it’s time for me to start my day.

7:45 am:  Kids are on the bus.  I have my coffee.  I grabbed a protein bar for breakfast so I could swing.  I took my 3 SlimQuick Extreme, 3 Colostrum by TBR Labs, 1 L-Carnitine, and a glass of water.

11:49 am:  Time for lunch.  I made some chicken on the grill so I’m going to have that and a side salad.  I’m on my 4th glass of water, I took my L-Carnitine and now it’s time for me to get Breanna some water and make her a grilled cheese.  I hope her throat isn’t too sore to eat that.

3:30 pm:  Chicken, water, carrot sticks, water and 1 L-Carnitine.  I think we are going to grill tonight.  That sounds good to me. I love, love, love, this weather.

6:20 pm:  grilled chicken with peppers and onions with potatoes and carrots in foil on the grill.  I’m on my 6th glass of water, I have to take my L-carnitine and then I am off for a walk.  My bestie can’t go with me so I am going to walk by my house instead.

I started out going for a bike ride (Bryce you will be glad to know I did indeed get back on my bike.  I am not as sore as I was the other day.  Yay!) I had flip flops on and got scared when Greg said I would scrape the skin off my toe.  I went straight back and decided to go on a walk instead.  I took my music and off I went.  I felt much better after my walk.  We drove it and it was 1 1/2 miles.  I feel loads better after all the fresh air.  If any of you are feeling all blah then go outside a take a walk.  Fresh air does a body good.

9:40 pm:  I’m on my last meal.  1.5 scoops of the Ultimate Muscle Protein by Beverly International with my 3 Total Body Research Labs Colostrum, 1 L-Carnitine and another 1/2 glass of water.  We went into Osgood earlier and looked at a couple of houses for sale.  We are thinking about buying a fixer up and then re-selling it.  We are just going to have to see what happens.  Today has been a great day.  I’m back on track and going strong with my healthy lifestyle change.  I am so going to do this!  100 pounds in a year.  Piece of cake, or it would be if I could have it.  LOL!  Funny stuff!  Have a great night and sweet dreams…

Day 121, March 13, 2012

Good Morning everyone! Today is going to be a great day.  I really do need to clean my house but it is way too pretty outside to do that so I’m thinking today is going to be a lazy day with me just lounging outside.  I love this weather!

7:40 am:  Egg white omelet with 1/2 apple, water, 3 TBR Labs Colostrum, 3 SlimQuick Extreme, 1 L-Carnitine, and coffee.  I’m going to sit on the porch swing and drink my coffee.  This is the life.

11:30 am:  Chicken salad on celery, 1 L-Carnitine, and water.  I have been outside all morning.  I am totally loving this.  It is so amazing how much better the sun makes a person feel.  I really think I need to live in Florida or California, or maybe even Arizona.  I am thinking I’m addicted to the sunshine and we all know it’s not been happening in Indiana lately.  We have had so much rain I’m thinking it’s time for us to begin the build on the ark.

3:00 pm:  I’m still outside.  I’m not hungry but I had better eat something.  What to eat, what to eat….I decided to eat the other half of my chicken salad.  I cut some of the celery up into the chicken salad and ate it with a spoon.  It made it easier to eat out on the deck.  Greg has school tonight so I am not in a hurry to do anything much today. I’m still planning on doing NOTHING today but soak up the sun.

6:00 pm:  I have to run to the store and get some things for Dylan’s lunch for his field trip tomorrow.  I’m not hungry but decided to eat a piece of Chicken from the other night.  I took my L-Carnitine, and a bottle of water and I’m out of here.

Well so much for me getting to chill today.  When I got back from the store my daughter told me her throat was really sore so I looked and she has blisters.  I had to take her to the doctor and I found out she has strep throat.  Yay!  I had to go to the drug store and get her meds and I got home around 9:45 pm.  I took a shower and now I’m sitting down having my Chocolate UMP protein shake with my 3 Colostrum by TBR Labs, 1 L-Carnitine, and water.  I am tired.  Tomorrow is going to be better.  I’m planning on being outside most of the day.  I’m burnt so no laying out but I’m thinking I’m going for a walk tomorrow.  I hope you all had a great night.  Sweet dreams..

Mission NOT Impossible – Log 53

Day 120, March 12, 2012

“Ouch!”  First thought before even getting out of bed today.  My behind is really very, very sore.  I did say I was going to get right back on that bike but I’m not sure how long I can stay on it.  I really hope it gets less painful to ride my new bike.  I know we have all heard the phrase, “no pain, no gain”, but this is totally ridiculous!  I had better get on with my day.  But let me complain about one more thing,” I hate rain!”  Ok, I’m done now!

7:45 am:  Oatmeal with splenda and banana, water, 3 Colostrum by TBR Labs, 3 SlimQuick Extreme, and 1 L-Carnitine.  I have loads to do to get my house back in order from my busy week last week and this past weekend so I had better get going.

11:30 am:  Lots accomplished so far.  Gonna eat a quick lunch, chicken salad with all the trimmings I usually have.  I’m doing pretty good on water today, taking my 1 L-Carnitine and I’m off here to get more things done!

It has been a really busy day today.  I’m totally looking forward to tomorrow and the sunny weather.  That weather man better be right about the nice weather.  I’m going to take my walk tomorrow and reflect.  Everyone needs some quiet time and I’m going to have mine while burning some of this fat off my body!

5:00 pm:  I’m making chicken and noodles for Greg and Cody, Noodles and baked potatoes with spray butter for everyone, low protein noodles for Breanna and Dylan, and I’m having Chicken and potatoes with a big glass of water. Took my L-Carnitine and now it’s off to take a bike ride.  Cross your fingers for me!

Oh my gosh!  I did indeed get back on my bike but just let me tell you how BAD it was.  I went to the end of our driveway, which isn’t very far by the way, and was like “no way!”  I came back into the house and got a hand towel and put it between that evil seat and my behind and I got back onto the bike and was only about 100 ft and said, “No way, Jose!” STUPID TOWEL DID NOT WORK AT ALL!  So I didn’t lie, I did get back on the painful thing, I just didn’t stay on it very long.  I had to sit with pillow under my rear while I ate dinner this evening.  I need to order my a size XL seat for my new bike.  Hopefully I will get used to it, if not then I think I will invest in one of those wide seats.  OR I COULD JUST KEEP LOSING WEIGHT!  The latter seems like the thing for me to do!  More later.

8:30 pm:  I’m hungry and craving something sweet so I’m going to have my Cookies and Cream Ultimate Muscle Protein by Beverly International with my 3 Colostrum by Total Body Research Labs and my L-Carnitine.  I did a little bit of excercise on the weight machine I have.  I need to find a better routine.  I am going to be lean and trim no matter what.  We are going on vacation to Michigan the last week of June and I am going to lose this weight and buy myself a whole new wardrobe!  Talk about motivation!  I am psyched!  I hope all of you had a wonderful day and sweet dreams…

Day 119, March 11, 2012

Ok I completely spaced the time change so I slept until 11:00 again this morning.  I have to make something to eat and then we are going to go for a bike ride in a little bit.

11:10 am:  1/2 cup of oatmeal with splenda and 1/2 banana.  I grabbed my 3 TBR Labs Colostrum, 3 SlimQuick Extreme and 1 L-Carnitine, drank a glass of water with it and now I’m going to sit on the porch swing and drink my coffee.

2:45 pm:  It’s time for something to eat.  I am still having trouble eating what I’m suppose to.  I’m not hungry.  I do realize that’s awesome but I hate figuring out what to eat.  I love the shakes because they are so easy and filling.  I’m going to eat chicken salad with green peppers, onions, mustard, celery, and 1 T of olive oil May.  I just eat it with a spoon and the celery gives it the crunch of crackers.  It’s really good alternative to baking chicken.  I’m on my 5 glass of water and I’m taking my 1 L-Carnitine.  Now it’s time to get ready for my bike ride.

OMG!  Let me tell you how this whole bike ride escapade went.  First of all Greg ran right into Cody as soon as we left the house.  Greg was trying to switch his gears and Cody was taking the price tag off of his bike when BOOM, Cody flipped over his bike.  Well that in itself scared me.  I kept thinking I don’t want to wreck.  I am a baby that way!  I looked at several bikes last night and let me just say I bought the WRONG one.  I should have gotton the size GIANT seated bike.  But ohhhhh nooooo!  My kids told me  that I would get made fun of.  So let me recap my bike experience this afternoon.  I got on it and immediately felt like I had a thong up my butt.  Why on earth do they have bike seats that are so small?  I am going to be the first one to say that   fat butt + bike does not = a good time.  I mean I never want to get on the stinking little thing again.  I mean wow!  Another thing, my hubby and son were just peddling away and I was like huffing and puffing like I was dying.  It was humiliating!  I kept saying, bike rides are not for this fat girl!  Now let me tell you what I am going to do:  I AM  going to get right back on that little thong-feeling seat and keep going.  It used to be cake when I was young to just get on a bike and pedal for hours.  I only made it about 2 minutes before it started getting to me.  And that is because I need to step up on the excercise.  I will win over this stupid bike.  The old addage of pick yourself up and get right back on the bike(I think it was horse) and keep moving on is right on.  If we keep trying then we aren’t losers.  We become WINNERS every time we get back on that bike so to speak.  Now I’m going to go and get my pillow and sit on it for a while.

6:00 pm:  Greg decided to grill tonight.  I am loving this weather.  I, for one, have loads more energy.  Greg made salad, and steak with baked potatoes.  I ate my portion and then drank my water with my 1 L-Carnitine.  Now it’s time for me to plan what I’m going to clean tomorrow and then hopefully get a walk in.  I love to walk.  It’s looking like rain until about 3 or 4 tomorrow afternoon.  I’m off to take a shower and then it’s time for us to chillax in the living room.

8:00 pm:  I’m having my last meal for the day,  Cookies and Cream Ultimate Muscle Protein by Beverly with my 3 Colostrum by TBR Labs, and 1 L-Carnitine.  Harry’s Law is on and I love that show.  She’s a handful just like me.  LOL!  I hope you all have a great night and sweet dreams…

Day 118, March 10, 2012

Well I guess my busy week has caught up with me.  I’ve been having some trouble sleeping at night, some people say it’s because of the full moon.  I’m not sure but I wish it would go away.  I glanced over at the clock today and guess what I saw?  It was 11:14 am.  Greg said he thought I needed the rest.  For whatever reason I do sleep better during the day.  Who knows why!  I slept right through breakfast so I’m going to go straight to lunch.

11:45 am:  I’m late getting my supplements in but better late than never, or so the saying goes.  I put all of my supplements into one place and then I don’t have to try to find it all.  It’s in one of those pill cases you buy at CVS.  It works wonders.  I was forgetting to take them and now I just reach for my case and there they are.  I took my 3 Colostrum by Total Body Research Labs, 3 SlimQuick Extreme, and 1 L-Carnitine.  I’m on my first glass of water.  Crazy, yesterday I said I would try to drink more water and now look at me, I have slept the whole day away.

4:00 pm:  We were all sitting around talking about renting a house in Michigan in June (another reason for me to lose this weigh), and I told my hubby I wanted a new bike.  He loves to ride on the trails and there are a bunch of them in Michigan so I guess we are off to buy a bike.  I ate a piece of baked chicken and my L-Carnitine and I’ll eat more soon.

8:00 pm:  Well we found my bike.  We ended up buying Cody, Breanna, and me a new bike.  I’m so psyched to ride it.  I haven’t been on a bike in years.  The last time I rode a bike consistently was when I had my daughter and that was over 13 years ago.  This should be fun.  I never did eat anything else so I’m going to drink a Cookies and Cream Ultimate Muscle Protein by Beverly International.  It’s also time for me to take my 3 Total Body Research Labs Colostrum, and my 1 L-Carnitine.  I’ve drank about 60 ounces of water today so I need to start drinking more.  I’m excited about going on my first bike ride in over a decade!  Yay!  I hope you all have a great night and sweet dreams…

Day 117, March 9, 2012

Here we go again!  It’s time for me to get going again.  I have been having trouble sleeping so I’m a little on the grumpy side but I will work through it.  This morning is going to be a coffee morning.  I’m pretty tired.  I know, I know I would eat some cheese with this whine if I was allowed to have it.  LOL!  On with my day I’m running a little behind.

7:45 am:  Cup of coffee with splenda a 1 T of Dairyfree creamer.  1.5 scoops of Chocolate UMP protein shake with 3 SlimQuick Extreme, 3 TBR Labs Colostrum, and 1 L-Carnitine.  I am taking my water with me.

Well Dad got a big old spanking, not in a good way, by the doctor today.  He has gained 7 pounds.  On the bright side he said with my Dad’s health problems it’s still better than just giving up.  It’s going to be hard for him to lose because of his insulin resistent diabetes.  Everyone say a prayer for him that he will succeed.  His life depends on it.

We opted for eating at Subway.  It’s not terribly expensive and it’s healthier.  I got a grilled chicken salad with cucumbers, green peppers, tomatoes, onions, lettuce (of course), and black olives.  I took light balsamic vineagreatte dressing with me.  LOL!  Yes, people do look at you funny when you pull that out of your bag, but who cares!  I took my L-Carnitine and I drank water.  We have to go to the Amish store and then it’s time to go and work on Dad’s taxes.  Oh goody!

6:00 pm:  I’m late getting home and I have to figure out what to make for dinner.  It’s looking like baked chicken and frozen broccoli.  I need to pick some more fresh up.  I’m almost halfway finished with my water.  I need to make more of a concentrated effort to drink my water when I’m out and about.  Dinner’s done and now I have to take my 1 L-Carnitine with my water and it’s time to sit and veg.  We have a movie to watch tonight.

Okay, the movie Greg brought home the new movie, Footloose.  I will be totally honest and I am NOT a fan of the movie.  The original movie was a long better.  They sleezed some of the cast but I guess this is one instance where sex didn’t sell!

9:00 pm:  Time for my last meal.  I’m going to have 1.5 scoops of Chocolate Ultimate Muscle Protein by Beverly with 3 Colostrum, and 1 L-Carnitine.  I didn’t quite make it to a gallon today but I will strive to do it tomorrow.  I hope all of you have a good night and sweet dreams…

Day 116, March 8, 2012

Today I get to go to the doctor.  I’m not looking forward to getting on the scale even though I have lost weight.  You show me a person that LOVES to get weighed and you will see a crazy person.  I’d better get going because our appointments are at 9:20 am in Madison.

7:30 am:  1/2 cup oatmeal with splenda and a banana.  I’m drinking my first glass of water so I can take my 3 Colostrum by TBR Labs, 3 SlimQuick Extreme, and 1 L-Carnitine.  I’m curious to see what my blood pressure is while I’m on my SQ Extremes.

11:30 am:  I’m on my way home from the doctor.  My blood pressure was perfect.  120/78.  I opted to wait to eat until I get home because I hate to spend the money and because there aren’t very many places to eat that are affordable and have healthy food.  I’m having chicken salad with celery with my water and 1 L-Carnitine.

I have to go to Cody’s talent show at the Damm theatre tonight.  I still have anxiety about going to places with a lot of people.  I cannot wait until I lose the rest of this weight.  I know most of it is in my head but I always feel like people are judging me for being overweight.

I’m pretty excited about watching Cody’s band, 4th & Forever play tonight.  They are playing two sets and they are going to rock!  So excited.

3:30 pm:  Baked chicken breast with steamed asparagus and broccoli with water and 1 L-Carnitine.

7:00 pm:  Ok we are at the talent show and Greg and Dylan are having Popcorn and I am so happy to say I didn’t have anything while I was there.  I have to give kudos to all the kids from JCD that participated in the talent show.  It was a very entertaining night.  It was great to hear my son’s band.  I was so proud of them.
After it was all said and done I am so happy to say that I was that MOM! Oh yeah, that’s right!  I was totally her.  So exciting!   I loved it!   It’s been a while since I’ve been in that position.  I had so many people come up to me and tell me how great Cody was.  I know I was so proud I’m really very surprised that  my head even fit through the doors of the theatre.  It is an amazing feeling!  I know what you must be thinking, ‘Wow she has so made this about her!’  And you are right I did!  It was so cool!

9:00 pm:  1.5 scoops of Cookies and Cream UMP protein shake with 3 Total Body Research Labs Colostrum and 1 L-Carnitine with my water.  Now it’s time for me to settle down before I go to bed because I have to be out the door tomorrow morning at the same time.  Dad has another doctor appt. in Madison.  I hate having to run out the door as soon as I get up but what can I do?

I’m so glad I went to the talent show tonight.  I stepped out of my comfort zone and it was great.  Sometimes when we step out of our comfort zones it’s not a good thing.  I have been doing that since beginning this journey to a new me.  I recommend all of you try to step out of your comfort zone and make your life more fulfilling.  It’s been a really positive thing for me.  I hope you all have a great night and sweet dreams…

Mission NOT Impossible – Log 51

Day 115, March 7, 2012

Good morning everyone!  Today is going to be a great day.  I’m going for a walk with my Bestie and then I’m going to Holton to help with the tornado cleanup.  I’m reallly not hungry at all but I had better eat something since it’s going to be a long day.

7:45 am:  I’m having a chocolate Ultimate Muscle Protein by Beverly International with my 3 Colostrum by TBR Labs, 3 Slim Quick Extreme, 1 L-Carnitine and water.  I have a few things to do before I go on my walk. I’m waiting for it to warm up just a bit.  Last time I walked it took my 1 hour and 6 minutes.  I’m going to try to get it done in less than an hour today.  It’s a little over 3 miles and I used to do it in under 45 minutes.  Of course I was about 50 pounds lighter so maybe as I keep losing weight I will get faster and faster.  That is going to be my goal.

11:00 am:  I’m running late getting out of the door.  I should have eaten something else but I’m taking a peanut butter sandwich made with 100 % whole wheat.  It’s not the best but it’s better than nothing.  I did take my 1 L-Carnitine on the way out the door.  I brought 56 oz of water.  I’m going straight to Holton when I get finished walking so I’ll finish my pb sandwich then.

I’m so excited to say that I’ve walked my walk in 50 minutes.  Yay!  That is really not bad.  15 minute mile and there are 4 hills.  The wind was going against us so that was great resistance training.  LOL!

3:00 pm:  I’m back from Holton.  I didn’t find anyone to put me to work in the town of Holton but there were several houses in Dabney that were in really bad shape from the tornado.  I went up to a gentleman there and said, “You don’t know me but I’m here to help.”  I am sorry to say that I didn’t take an extra pair of gloves, a rake, a bucket or anything to get as much work done as I wanted but the next time I go I will make sure I take what I need.  I am glad to say that no one was hurt in the area where I was working.  Thank goodness for that.

I haven’t eaten what I should have today.  I’ve been really busy.  I ate most of my pb sandwich but I didn’t finish it.  It’s been a little while since I’ve had one and you know what?  I really don’t miss it.

5:00 pm:  Ok for tonight’s dinner we are having baked pork chops, red potatoes, and steamed asparagus.  I’ve drank my water from before and have started on another 56 oz container.  I made sure I took my 1 L-Carnitine.  I have so got to lose this weight before June 10.  That is D day!  I will be turning 40.  Ugh!  I was to be one of those women that wants to be 40 and fabulous.  It means I have to step up my game and I will be more than happy to do that.  And my 19 year Wedding Anniversary is June 12 so I need to make sure I look great for my wonderful husband.

8:00 pm:  Time for my last meal.  I’m so tired that I can barely drink my Cookies and Cream UMP protein shake.  I made sure I took my 3 TBR Labs Colostrum, and L-Carnitine.  I’ve drank over 75 ounces today.  I am so mathmatically challenged I have no idea how to convert that.  LOL!  It seemed like quite a bit to me today.  I did break down and have 1 diet Pepsi.  That is not a good thing.  Tomorrow I go to the doctor and my goal is to not drink any Pop.  I hope you all have a great night and sweet dreams.

P.S. If any of you can spare a little bit of time to help someone in need you will not regret it.  I have to say it is one of the most rewarding feelings, just knowing you could do something nice for someone in their time of need…..

Mission NOT Impossible – Log 50

Day 114, March 6, 2012

Good morning everyone.  I went to stretch this morning when I got ready to get out of bed and I am a little embarrassed to say I almost screamed.  Who would have thought I worked so many muscles yesterday.  Holy crap I think from now on I will just start a cleaning houses.  I’m pretty sure I would be a size 4 if I worked as hard as I did yesterday on a daily basis.  Kudos to all of you champs out there that clean for living.

7:30 am: egg white omelet with onions, green peppers, and tomatoes with water, 3 TBR Labs Colostrum, 3 SlimQuick Extreme, 1 L-Carnitine.  I made  time for coffee this morning.  I am getting a really slow start today.

11:00 am:  1.5 scoops of Chocolate Ultimate Muscle Protein by Beverly with 1 L-Carnitine.  I’m down on drinking my water today.  I am only on my 4th glass today.  I guess everything is in slow mo today.

3:00 pm: I made me some fresh fruit salad with chicken salad.  I put the celery in it.  I like that it has a crunch without the crackers.  I took my 1 L-Carnitine and I’m up to 7 glasses of water.  And I am not working really crazy today so I’ve had to fall onto the potty and it was terrible.  I look hilarious.  When I get up I actually say “ouch”.    I am glad I can laugh at myself.  Too funny!

7:30 pm:  I’m going to have my last meal.  I’ve decided to have my Cookies and Cream UMP protein shake with 3 Colostrum by Total Body Research Labs, and 1 L-Carnitine.  I’m still sore.  It’s crazy.  We went for a walk.  Funny stuff.  I tried to run and wow I am thinking I would make a whole lot of people laugh with it.  I was so stiff.  My 10 year old, Dylan, laughed at me because I looked so funny.  And you know what?  It was really funny.  I have to chuckle about it myself.  I was running and my back was ramrod straight and looked like what you would expect someone to look if they actually had a stick up their *ss.  LOL!  I know I shouldn’t say that but it was totally true.

It’s going to be a good day tomorrow.  I am going for a walk with my Bestie and then  I am going to go to Holton to help them however I can. There were so many people that have been helping.   I hope it will help someone feel even a little better to see how much the people care about them.  Everyone have a good night, and sweet dreams.

Day 113, March 5, 2012

Good morning everyone.  Today is going to be a very busy day.  I have to shampoo the carpet and clean the windows, clean the fans, wash all of the blankets and pillow coverings for my living room and dust the tables.  I’m sure I’m forgetting something but I had better get started with my day.

7:30 am:  Oatmeal with fresh blueberries and splenda with water, 3 TBR Labs Colostrum, 3 SlimQuick Extreme, 1 L-Carnitine.  I don’t have time for coffee this morning.  Too much stuff to do.  More later.

11:00 am:  1.5 scoops of Chocolate Ultimate Muscle Protein by Beverly International with 1 L-Carnitine.  I’ve drank almost a 1/2 gallon of water.  I would really hate for anyone to see me right now.  I am sweaty, red-faced, and I look terrible.  BUT, I am getting a lot of things done today.  I am halfway finished with my list.  Remember how much I love my lists.  Ok back to work.

3:00 pm:  I’m still not finished with my living room.  I decided to drink another Chocolate UMP protein shake with my 1 L-Carnitine.  I’m able to keep working while I drink it.  I love how easy they are.  There are no excuses for not being able to stick to your guns when you have the UMP protein powder.  I’m only 2 more glasses into my water.  I would guess that I have sweated out almost as much as I have drank.  LOL!  For those of you that say housework is not a workout, I am thinking you all aren’t doing it right.  I have been working all day just trying to get one room completely spring cleaned.  I am so getting a great work out in.

6:30 pm:  I am finally finished with my living room.  I am exhausted.  I had to get down on my hands and knees to clean the spots off my carpet.  We really need to replace it since we have lived in our house for over 11 years now but Greg says he is waiting until our kids are grown.  I do have to admit they are rather sloppy.  If they have anything in the living room it is almost always a reality for them to spill or drop it on the floor.  Totally frustrating.  Stuff is so expensive anymore.  I went to big lots to buy new sofa pillows for my couch and spent over $50 for 5 of them.  That is totally ridiculous.  I’m taking them back.  I bought a set of 1600 threadcount sheets the other day and they came with four pillow cases so being the thrifty person I am I took two of them and cut them in half to make four pillows.  I had four ugly pillows that came with the couch and I took the pillows from them and put them in their new rose colored cases and it looks really nice.  I totally changed my living room and it only cost me $4.70.  Yay!  I had better get a shower while Greg makes me dinner.  I’m having baked chicken with red potatoes and onions.  I’m almost to a gallon of water, and I took my 1 L-Carnitine.  I have found the key to drinking a gallon of water and not living in the bathroom.  You just have to sweat your butt off all day long.  Hey I have a pretty hefty booty so I am pretty sure that sounds like a GREAT idea to me!  I am going to finish my dinner and then take the rest of the night to veg.

9:30 pm:  OK it’s already time for me to have my last meal.  I’m having a Cookies and Cream UMP with 1/2 cup of Pineapple, 3 Colostrum by Total Body Research Labs and 1 L-Carnitine.  One last glass of ice water and I am set.  I am going to take some things to drop off for the tornado victims tomorrow.  If you have anything you would like to donate please make sure you do.  They need water and cleaning supplies along with hygiene items, and new undergarments for adults and children.  Anything would be appreciated.  God bless you all!  Good night.

Day 112,  March 4, 2012

Good Morning everyone!    I have decided I’m going to have an omelet for breakfast instead of my norm.  I’m drinking my water along with my 3 TBR Labs Colostrum, 3 SlimQuick Extreme and 1  L-Carnitine

Now it’s time for me to get going with my day.  Even though it’s cold out I’m going to start my spring cleaning all over again.  It does seem to be a repetitive thing at this point.  I am getting everything ready for the carpets to be shampooed tomorrow.

12:00 pm:  1.5 scoops of Cookies and Cream Ultimate Muscle Protein by Beverly with water and 1  L-Carnitine.  Now back to cleaning.
I know I’m not really saying a whole lot.  I tend to stay inside when it’s cold out.  I should go for a walk.  The colder it is, the more your body works to warm you up, so I would think that means you are burning more calories.  Of course I would totally look like a rolly polly all bundled up.  Drivers beware.  I wouldn’t want you to pay more attention to me than your driving.  It’s amazing what we pay attention to instead of our driving.  Everyone be safe.

4:30 pm:  4 oz of Turkey breast with 2 small red potatoes mixed with onions and fresh pears cut up.  I took my 1  L-Carnitine and am drinking my water.  I’ve almost got the laundry finished.  We are getting ready to move the furniture out of the living room and vacuum to get ready for the carpet cleaning.  Busy, busy, busy!    More later!

8:30 pm:  This is my last meal of the day.  I’m having my 1/2 grapefruit, 1.5 scoops of Chocolate UMP protein shake and my 1  L-Carnitine, 3 Colostrum by Total Body Research Labs and water.    I haven’t quite drink a gallon of water but there’s always tomorrow.

We keep hearing and seeing the devastation of the tornadoes that went through our area on Friday.  It is an awful time for so many people.  These families have been through the ringer.  I’m getting some cleaning supplies together with water and I’m going to drop it off the beginning of the week.  We, small communities, have to stick together. Give your kids and loved ones a hug and thank God for watching over your families.  Please pray for all of the devastated people affected by these storms. Good night.
