Day 164, April 24, 2012

Good morning everyone. I had a late night last night again as per the usual.   Today is my youngest son, Dylan’s,  11th Birthday.  I cannot believe how fast the time has passed.  Please enjoy the time you have with your babies while you can because before you know it they are going to be grown and having babies of their own.

9:30 am:  I’m skipping the supplements again.  My stomach is still not up to par but at least I am keeping the water down.  

Greg has class again tonight so I need to get the house cleaned up and get the trash together.  I’m on my way to get Dylan some Birthday cupcakes, I need to wrap his present,(he has to wait to get the rest of his presents for Saturday when we have his party)and I’m taking him to dinner at his favorite restaraunt. 

4:00 pm:  I’m going to have a bowl of chicken noodle soup and then I’m going to take Dylan to eat.

It was so much fun.  I had the girls at Milano’s sing Happy Birthday to him and he was so embarrassed.  I drank a diet pepsi and ate a breadstick.  He was so mad at me but I got some awesome pics so it was totally worth it!

5:30 pm:  Ok now we are back at our house and Dylan is going to blow his candle out and make his wish.  Still not feeling any food.  I guess on the up side at least I’m not even tempted to each a cupcake.  I guess if I was going to get a little bug at least it’s when I shouldn’t eat the bad stuff.  I’m starting to feel a little better so everything is going to be fine.  And I did NOT gain any weight from the junk in the house.

8:00 pm:  I’m going to have my 2 scoops of GAT Prolein and I’m going to take my 3 Colostrum by TBR Labs and water.  I’m feeling loads better so I’m back on it.  Dylan had a great birthday so my day is complete.  I hope you all had a great day.   Have a great night and sweet dreams…

Good morning everyone. I am feeling a lot better.  Thank goodness.  I have quite a bit to do today.  Cody has some kind of rash going on so I have to take him to the doctor then I have to mow my jungle.  It’s terrible how high my grass is.  I wish the weather would have cooperated a little better the past week.  I’d better get to my day.  Have a good one!

7:30 am: 2 scoops of Prolein by GAT, 2 cups of coffee with  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones by Top Secret Nutrition and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water.

11:00 pm: Chicken salad and carrot sticks.  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water . 

My cat’s are in trouble.  One of them squeezed past me when I was feeding the outside cats this morning.  I don’t know how much you know about feline’s but they tend to hold grudges when they get upset about ANYTHING!  I put the curtains on the patio doors up and guess what they did?!!  The pulled my tablecloth off my table along with my $65 Longaberger pitcher and $35 salt and pepper shakers that were sitting in my bread basket which was also Longaberger.  Ugh!  You should have seen the little boogers scramble when I came in the garage door.  I think I know who the culprit was since she wouldn’t come out from under my bed.  Did  I mention there were 4 of them in there?  I let them all outside and they were happy.  Thank goodness they didn’t break anything during their fit.  So I went outside in the shed to get the mower and I moved the quad sat down on the mower and tried to start it and nothing!  The battery was dead.  So I got the bright idea to jump it and it was too far back in the shed.  Insert long sigh here!  I called my father in law and he wasn’t home but he did say it was the battery  and he would pick one up for us.  No big deal I figured I would do some other stuff.  I emptied the litter boxes and guess what happened?  The stupid bag got a hole in it and spilled on my kitchen floor and on my deck!  Insert even longer sigh here!  I cleaned that up and brought the trash cans in.  So far so good.  My father in law brought us our mower battery and put it in the mower and I was good to go…or was I?  I got the first part of the yard done and then what do I feel?  A raindrop!  I tried to be positive and I thought, ‘well it’s probably going to blow over’, yeah right!  Insert longest sigh ever here!  I did continue to mow and much to my despair it started pouring!  On the up side I did indeed finish mowing my yard.  Of course I was drenched and frozen when I finally came in the house.  Greg fixed chili and put the mower and quad away for me.  Have I mentioned how wonderful my husband is?!  I took my 1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones by Top Secret Nutrition and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA along with my  water.   I’m going to stay cuddled up on the couch under my fuzzy blanket and drink me some hot tea.

Cody is about to drive me crazy tonight.  His girlfriends birthday is tomorrow and her present isn’t going to be in in time, because he didn’t find one, so he wanted me to give him more money, after the first $30, and now he has to go and buy something else since he isn’t going to have her other one.  Geez.  He really needs to get a job!  Maybe then he won’t be in such a hurry to spend money!

9:00 pm:    And now its time for me to have my last meal.  I’m having my 2 scoops of Prolein by GAT along with my 3 Colostrum by Total Body Research Labs and water.

Day 163, April 23, 2012

Good morning everyone. I had a late night last night.  I must have gotten a stomach bug because I was throwing up and now I’m feeling bad the other way.  Yuck!  I hate being sick!

11:30 am:  I’m skipping the supplements at least for now since my stomach is feeling yucky!  I’m drinking my water and that’s it.  I hate to throw up.  Ugh! I’m thinking today is going to be a slow day.  I’m going to lay back down on the couch.

4:00 pm:  I’m going to have a bowl of soup and then lay back down for a bit. 

I did get the kitchen cleaned.  I bleached everything so the rest of the family doesn’t get sick and I brought out the Lysol.  I have to make sure all the germs are gone because tomorrow is my youngest son, Dylan’s, 11th birthday!  I need to make him a cake and take him out to eat at his favorite place.  Cross your fingers for me that my stomach ache goes away.  I can’t believe he’s going to be 11, pretty soon it will be a teenager and then college grad, etc.  Time goes by so fast make sure you savor every moment.  I’m really not feeling it so I’m going to go lay down and try to sleep.  I hope I get more sleep tonight than I did last night!

Day 159, April 19, 2012

Good morning everyone. Today is going to be a really busy day.  I’m going to run some errands and then I  need to go to JCD for Cody’s track meet.  Wish him luck everyone!  I hope you all have a great day!

7:30 am: 2 scoops of GAT Prolein, coffee with  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones by Top Secret Nutrition and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water.

11:30 am:  Protein Bar,  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water . 

I’ve got a few errands to run and then I have to get dinner made for the kids and then it’s off to the track meet.  Greg has class again tonight so I have to go all of this alone again.  I cannot believe EVERYTHING has to be on either Tuesday or Thursday.  I can’t wait until after June then it will be on Monday and Wednesday’s and then maybe I won’t be a single parent with a husband anymore.(Of course then everything will probably be on Monday and Wednesday).

4:30 pm:  Protein bar.   1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA along with water.

I need to drink more water today.  I have been doing really well and unfortunately not so much today.

8:00 pm:   Finally back from the track meet.  JCD didn’t do as well as they had been doing.  I told Cody it was because I was there.  LOL!  I was a bad luck charm.  Next time they will do a lot better.  I’m eating a piece of turkey breast along with my 2 scoops of Prolein protein by GAT along with my 3 Colostrum by TBR Labs and water. 

Tonight has been one of those crappy nights.  I feel like I have something in my eye. It’s been bothering me for the past several hours.  I have tried everything to get it out and no deal.  I’ve been yelling at my kids, I tried to flush whatever was in my eye out of it, I have put a cold washcloth on it because it swelled.  I couldn’t see anything out of it.  When poor Greg got home I was yelling.  It was a very ugly night.  I just wanted it to go away.  I cannot stand having anything in my eyes EVER!  I would rather go through childbirth with no pain meds.  Seriously I was over it.  I think Greg got tired of hearing me complain(that’s a nice way of saying what I did).  He made me a very STRONG Margarita and I am going to bed.  I have to go to the eye doctor tomorrow on our date instead of going to Indy for a day of fun.  Go us!  I’m going to bed.  I hope your day and night was better than mine. 

Day 160, April 20, 2012

Good morning everyone.  I hope today is better than yesterday was.  My eye is swollen shut and is all yucky this morning and I got on the scale today and I weigh 245 pounds.  It’s my own fault.  Stupid Margarita.  I am in such a crappy mood.  My eye is killing me and I can’t get into the eye doctor until 5:00 pm.  Instead of our trip to Indy for a fun day we get to stick around our boring area and wait for the eye doctor to put crap in my eye to remove whatever log decided to take root there.  I wish it was Saturday already.
 
7:30 am: 2 scoops of Prolein by GAT, 2 cups of coffee with  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones by Top Secret Nutrition and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water.

12:30 pm: Baked chicken with green peppers, onions, along with a side salad.  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water with lemon. 

I wish it were 5:00 already.  I just want to get this done with.  I’m having total anxiety.  I’m sick to my stomach.  I hate this day!

5:15 pm:  I’m in the waiting room about to throw up and now I’m being called back there. 

6:00 pm:  I’m finished.  He couldn’t find anything in my eye.  He had to put numbing drops in it twice and then looked at it with some special light and he said the very edge of my cornea has a scratch on it.  He put me on restasis drops because he thinks I have dry eyes and that is exascerbating the problem with my right eye.  He also put me on Systane drops.  All in all my eye is still killing me and I’m traumatized because he was originally going to put me on steroid drops and he had to measure the pressure of my eyes.  Does anyone know how they measure that?  Well let me tell you they put this machine against your eyeball.  Yikes.  I have never in almost 40 years EVER had any kind of machine right against my eyeball!  I just want this day over with!

9:00 pm: Its time for me to have my last meal.    I’m having my 2 scoops of Prolein protein by GAT along with my 3 Colostrum by Total Body Research Labs and water.  I have to say I hope tomorrow is going to be a better day.  Night to all!

Good morning everyone. Today is going to be a better day than the last few.  I have to work later this evening so I only have a little bit of time to get some things done.  I’m sorry for my grumpy mood the past few days.  I am terrible when it comes to getting something in my eye.  I am a total BRAT!  I overslept today so I am off to a late start.  Better get moving.  I hope you all have a great day!

9:30 am: 2 scoops of GAT Prolein protein shake, 2 cups of coffee with  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones by Top Secret Nutrition and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water.

My eye isn’t hurting as much as it used to.  The drops must be helping.  Thank goodness for that. 

12:30 pm:  Veggie Burger with steamed broccoli.  1 L-Carnitine Plus Rasberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water with fruit punch crystal light. 

It’s kind of yucky out today so I am going to stay inside until it’s time for me to leave.  This is crazy. 

4:30 pm:  Lean Cuisine meal:   Turkey, mashed potato and green beans with spray butter.  1 L-Carnitine Plus Rasberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA along with water.

5:00 pm:  I’m off to go to work.  I enjoy my job.  I love being able to work with troubled teens.  They are all good kids I just wish they didn’t have some of their bad behavior. 

9:00 pm:  It’s time for me to eat my dinner.  I brought in fresh strawberries with splenda a small piece of angel food cake and grape tomotoes with a piece of chicken.  Kroger has the best seasoned chicken they sell.  It is amazing.  It tastes just like it came from a restaraunt once it’s off the grill.  YUM!    I have been craving tomatoes lately. I’m not sure what is going on with that.  My piece of angel food cake was only 70 calories and I have been craving it so I’m eating a small piece instead of trying to skip it and eat other things in it’s place.  Tonight has been going very well.  I do enjoy my job.  I’m glad I came in to work. 

12:00 am:  And now its time for me to have my last meal.    I’m having my 2 scoops of Prolein by GAT along with my 3 Colostrum by TBR Labs and water.  I’m going to get ready for bed now.  I hope everyone has a good day.  I certainly did.  I hope you have a great night and sweet dreams…

Good morning everyone. I had a late night so I’m up later than usual.  I don’t like it when I’m off schedule but that’s what happens when you get called into work for a late night.  Today is going to be awesome for me!   I hope you all have a great day!

10:30 am: 2 scoops of GAT Prolein, 2 cups of coffee with  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones by Top Secret Nutrition and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water.  I’m really needing that extra coffee this morning.

2:00 pm: Turkey breast with brocolli and steamed carrots.  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water with special K lemonade protein water. 

I am going to have a little bit of slow day today.   Or maybe I should say I am getting a slow start to the day.

4:30 pm:  We are going to go out and practice shooting back in the woods.  Cross your fingers for me.  I haven’t shot a handgun since I was in college. 

6:30 pm:  Well I shot 14 times and I hit it twice in the middle, 5 on the target, and once at the base and blew it over.  All in all I didn’t do bad.  I need to have a bit more practice before I would want to run in to let’s say, a cougar.  LOL!  I want to try to shoot a few different ones and see what I think.  The gun was pretty heavy.  I’m kind of embarrassed to tell you that I was scared the first time I shot it and I closed my eyes when I pulled the trigger.  LOL!  Pretty sure I’m not going kill anything if it charges me with that kind of practice going on.  Man, the things I do sometimes. 

7:00 pm:  I am having grilled chicken with the awsome seasoning from kroger, along with a baked potato and steamed veggies, along with spray butter.  I made sure I took my 1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA along with my  water.

Today has been a really good day for me.  My eye is feeling better.  I went for a small walk and I’m feeling really good.  It has been an up and down battle for me thus far with my healthy lifestyle.  I have good moments and bad moments.  I don’t think it’s going to be easy for me to lose this weight and change my lifestyle.  I have good days and I have bad days depending on the week.  I wish losing weight could be easy but it’s not!  We have to take the good and bad hand in hand.  I will keep trying to do what is right so that I can continue to lose weight and get healthier.  I may stumble but I refuse to fall!  I will SUCCEED!  I will NEVER give up.  That is my promise to myself.  I hope you can do the same.  Have a great night and sweet dreams…

Day 158, April 18, 2012

Good morning everyone. Today is going to be a great day.  I’m going to relax this morning then it’s time to get busy.  I hope you all have a great day!

7:30 am: 2 scoops of Prolein Protein by GAT, 2 cups of coffee with  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water.

11:30 am:  Veggie Burger with steamed carrots.  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones by Top Secret Nutrition and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water with fruit punch crystal light. 

I am going to lay out in the Sun.  Yes, I actually did say lay out in the sun, it is warm enough finally.  I’m taking a little bit of “Me” time.  I have loads to do later but for now it’s all about relaxing. 

4:30 pm:  Turkey, mashed potato and green beans with spray butter with.   1 L-Carnitine Plus Rasberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA along with water.

I’ve done really well drinking my water today.  I’ve already drank over a 1/2 gallon.  Definately going to make my gallon goal.  Go Me!

6:00 pm:  Time for us to go out to the woods.  I’m going to walk around a little bit, it’s still muddy so I won’t be able to do much but I’m still going to do it.

Walked down the hill then ran back up it.  I think this is going to work well.  Now it’s time for our bike ride then it’s time for upper body workout.  I didn’t get the the Y but I rode my bike 1 1/2 miles then worked out with weights for my upper body.  I’m way out of shape with the weights.  The bike is getting easier and easier.  Yay!  The big seat has helped tremendously.   The great thing is that I followed through and finished excercising for the day. 

9:00 pm:  Breaking News:   I guess someone has seen a cougar in front of our house going back to the woods we are gettting ready to walk in.  That’s a little crazy.  I know you are probably all thinking I’m not going to walk back there now.  Well guess what?  You are wrong!  Greg’s Uncle brought us over a handgun so we will be safe.  It’s pretty big so I have to see how I do with it.  LOL!  That should show my determination.  NOTHING IS GOING TO GET IN MY WAY! Not even some HUGE, fast People eater! I wonder if that’s anything like the One Eyed One Horned Flying Purple People Eater?   LOL Just kidding!   And now its time for me to have my last meal.    I’m having my 2 scoops of GAT Prolein protein shake along with my 3 Colostrum by TBR Labs and water.  And I just wanted to mention that I did indeed drink my gallon of water.  Go Me!   I hope you all have a great night and sweet dreams.

Day 151, April 11, 2012

Good Morning everyone!  I hope your day is as great as mine is going to be.  It’s time for  the day to begin…

7:49 am: 2 scoops of Prolein protein powder, a cup of coffee with  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones by Top Secret Nutrition and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water.

I don’t really have alot to do today but I am going to begin the process of cleaning the basement for Dylan’s 11th Birthday.  Its terrible how many times I have cleaned the same spots over and over again.  LOL!  But it’s not going to clean itself so I guess that leaves me.  So excited.  NOT!

11:30 am:    Turkey, broccoli with spray butter  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water.  I love the energy I have been having.  I am stoked to get things ready for Dylie’s party.

4:00 pm:  Chicken salad with celery and fruit salad along with   1 L-Carntine Plus Rasberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA. 

Greg has loads of homework so I am going to go back to the woods again and clean up the trails.  I feel so much better after I go and work.  It’s amazing how much better you feel when you work up a sweat.  I totally recommend doing something to get your hear rate up ladies it will pay off in the end. 

5:00 pm: We had quite a bit to do again today.  The days have been so windy it keeps knocking the branches out of the trees.  It almost feels like my house.  It’s some crazy days.  It will all work out in the end of course we just have to keep going.  What else is new?  LOL!

8:00 pm:  It’s time for my last meal.  I’m having my 2 scoops of Prolein along with my 3 Colostrum by TBR Labs and water.  I’m feeling lots better after getting out on the trails again. I’m waiting to get the poison ivy all over me as per the usual but I do love to work outside again.I hope you have a great night and sweet dreams.  Stay warm… Where on earth did the warm temps go?

Good morning everyone.  Happy Anniversary to my Mother in law and Father in law.  It’s a nice change to see love conquer all.  I hope my marriage last as long as theirs, which it will since I am married to the most wonderful man in the world!

7:35 am: 2 scoops of Prolein, a cup of coffee with  1 Top Secret Nutrition L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water.

11:30 am:  Lean Cuisine Meal:  Turkey, Green beans and mashed potatoes with spray butter  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water with lemon.  This has got to be the my absolute favorite meal that Lean Cuisine makes.  You should try it…

5:00 pm:  Baked chicken  with a baked potato with spray butter with peas.   1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA along with water.

6:00 pm:  My daughter Breanna is joining the National Junior Honer Society tonight so we are going to go to her ceremony and then to Cody’s track meet.  Busy days… Greg has class today so we are going to keep ourselves busy.  It’s nuts how many things happen on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s since Greg has been taking classes on those days.  Geez…

Cody placed second in shot and 3rd in disc.  He had some problems with the relay but he’s going to work on it. 

9:00 pm:  I’m having my 2 scoops of Prolein along with my 3 Total Body Research Labs Colostrum and water. Good morning everyone.  Today is going to be a great day!  Greg and I are going on another date.  We wanted to go to Indy but Cody’s band is all coming over and I need to be there to babysit them.  It’s going to be a short date but we get to spend time together BY OURSELVES which is always Amazing.  On with our day..

7:45 am: 2 scoops of GAT Prolein protein powder, a cup of coffee with  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water.  I’m actually on my second cup of coffee and it is just what I need.

11:30 am:    There are days I hate having to eat.  It just seems like such a bother.  I keep eating the same stuff and I’m getting very bored.  I haven’t been drinking the amount of water I need.  I decided to eat a protein bar for lunch.  There are several different flavors so it’s a little different.  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones by Top Secret Nutrition and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water.

4:00 pm:  Baked chicken  with a baked potato with spray butter, broccoli and fresh strawberries.   1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA along with water.

CLUCK, CLUCK, CLUCK, CLUCK……..I swear I am going to turn into a chicken as much as I eat it.  I need to find some different things to eat so I’m not so bored with it.  Anymore, I try to eat something to hold me over when we go someplace because I have to find something else to focus on instead of the food.  Before Greg and I would go out and it was alway, “Oh, I can’t wait to eat at the Olive Garden,” or “I can’t wait to eat at Applebee’s!”  I always order the same thing to eat at the  restaraunts.  AND I always order the same drinks..I think that’s one thing I miss is the Mucho Margaritas.  But they are what made me FAT so I have to abstain.  I know what you’re thinking, ‘Poor Laura, she can only eat chicken and can’t have anything to drink but water.’  Yeah right.  We are a selfish lot and we only care about ourselves and you know what?  I am the reason I am fat!  That is that!

6:00 pm:  We are going back out to the woods.  We are almost finished with the trails.  They are about 3.5 miles from my front door, if we go through all of them.  We have hills and all so I’m going to start walking them.  I have been bad about the excercise part.  I am still so self conscious.  I am doing something every day but it’s not enough to get where I want to be and do you know who’s fault that’s going to be?  Mine!  I need to pick myself up and begin again.   Time and time again I have just said, “F this.  I’m sick of all the chicken and vegetables.  I want candy!”  Do you know I have actually thrown a fit.  Yep you heard right, I have stomped my foot because everyone else is eating the ice cream and   cake and other goodies.  I will never forget the look on my husbands face when I did that the first time.  I felt like a 2 year old.  My husband told me I am in charge of myself and if I wanted to stop eating healthy then it was my choice.  And in a WHINY voice I said, “NO!  I’m going to lose this weight even if it kills me!”  But you know what, all kinds of people maintain a healthy lifestyle and they look great.  And it didn’t kill them.

9:30 pm:   We had to come home before we finished the last trail.  The neighbor’s dogs came toward us growling so it was time to come back to the house.  I have felt better getting out there.  Now I just need to get the weightlifting part in and I’ll be set .  Now it’s time for my last meal, I’m having my 2 scoops of Prolein along with my 3 TBR Labs Colostrum and water.   I hope you all have a great night and sweet dreams.

Good morning everyone.  It is going to be very busy day.  My son, Cody, is going to his Junior Prom and then I have a baby shower, then back to the school for their walk through and more pictures.  I had better get going so I can get everything done.  I hope you have a wonderful day!

8:30 am: 2 scoops of Prolein Protein shake by GAT, a cup of coffee with  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water.

12:30 pm:  Egg white omelette with green peppers and onions.  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water with fruit punch Crystal Light. 

4:00 pm:  Everyone over to our house to take Cody and Michaela’s pictures.  I was terrible.  I had three camera’s going.  I can’t believe he’s already going to his Junior Prom.  Time definately flies.

5:00 pm:  Time for the Baby shower.  I’m having some fresh fruit and some veggies.  Yay, go  Me!  Then I was bad I had a small piece of cake.  Boo for me, but it was really good. 7:00 pm:  Time for me to get back home so I can get to the school in time.  We have to take Cody’s picture money to him so we gotta get going.

 7:44 pm:  We are stuck behind a wreck.  Poor kids.  They were on their way to Prom and some moron pulled out in front of them so instead of doing the walk through for their prom they are on their way to the hospital.  I hope they are alright!  We are running out of time to get the money to Cody.  We really need to get some smarter people directing traffic.  I mean come  on, a monkey could do it better than our finest.

8:00 pm:  Well we missed their walk through and barely got his picture money to him.  I’m completely frustrated.  We are going to go to the Grub to eat.  Well they don’t eat healthy in Osgood at all.  There wasn’t a think I could eat there.  I have a salad with ranch.  (I’m ashamed to say I ate it) but I did drink water and not a diet pop so I took a little but then a gave a little bit back too!

10:00 pm: It’s finally time to sit down for a minute and my last meal. I’m having my 2 scoops of Prolein by GAT along with my 3 Colostrum by Total Body Research Labs and water.   I’m thinking I’m not going to sleep at all tonight, or at least not until Cody is back home.  My heart stopped for a minute when I saw the police lights at the accident earlier.  Cody and Michaela are going to the after prom so that’s a little bit better but I still don’t trust all of the other people out there.  It’s going to be a long night.

12:00 am:  Well I’m still wide awake and a nervous wreck.  Prom is now officially over so now I wait for the after Prom to get over with.  He said he probably wasn’t going to stay the whole time so I’m going to wait for him to get home.

4:00 am:  Well he isn’t home yet but he should be soon.  I’m getting really tired but I can’t sleep.  A parents worry is never over.  I hope he will get home soon.

6:00 am:  I must have dozed off, Greg came into the living room to get me and I told him Cody hadn’t gotten home yet, about that time Cody was coming into the house.  Greg asked him if he had a good time and he said the after prom was really stupid but that he had eaten a worm(I’ve been a little hungry lately but I’m not ever going to go there.)  I’m going to bed.  I would say sweet dreams but it’s more of a good morning…

2:00 pm:  Ok I am totally off kilter now.  I’m going to drink my  2 scoops of GAT Prolein, a cup of coffee with  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones by Top Secret Nutrition and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water.  And now we are off to Walmart to get some diabetic stuff for my Dad then on to Kroger.  I am so tired.  I hope I wake up soon.

5:00 pm:  At my Dad’s house giving him his blood testing strips.  We are going to make dinner as soon as we get home.  I’m really tired.

8:00 pm:  Ok we are finally home.  We bought seasoned chicken breast from Kroger and we re making them for dinner along with potatoes, green beans, and fresh strawberries and pineapple.  I’m going to take my 3 TBR Labs Colostrum and drink my water then I’m going to bed.  I’m skipping my Protein shake and my supplements.  Tomorrow I have to get back on it.  I hope you all had a great day and have sweet dreams…

Good Morning everyone.  I feel better after getting some sleep.  I’m glad to say that I can take it easy today.  At least until we go to the animal shelter and walk the dogs.  I hope you all have a great day!

7:49 am: 2 scoops of Prolein protein shake by GAT,  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water.

Its time for me to get the dishes done and clean up the house yet again!  I really need to find that darn cleaning fairy.  It’s so windy out it’s not a good day for me to do much out there anyway. 

11:45 am:    Turkey breast, asparagus, green beans, and pineapple  1 L-Carnitine Plus Rasberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water. 

3:15 pm:  The kids and I are going to walk the dogs.  There are so many dogs here that need to be walked and I am only able to walk a few each Monday.  If you are an animal lover then I hope you will think about going to the Ripley County Humane Society and help out.   Or better yet if you are in need of a new furry friend then they have plenty of dogs and cats for you to choose from.  I was only able to walk three dogs or maybe I should say they walked me.  LOL!  I had flip flops on and I had to run to keep up with them.  Next Monday I am going to go over early so I can take more dogs for a walk.  I’m going to wear my tennis shoes so I can keep up with them.  One of the best parts of being a volunteer is you are able to take a dog for a walk down the road and they will definately keep a brisk pace.  I LOVE it!  I can’t wait to go back.  If gas wasn’t so expensive I think I would go there every day.

5:00 pm:  We are having left overs for dinner.  I’m having the seasoned chicken with steamed potatoes and  broccoli.  I broke down and drank 1/2 diet pepsi.   I took my supplements:  1 L-Carntine Plus Raspberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA and now i’m drinking my water.

6:15 pm:  We are going to go back to the woods again.  We only have a small section of the trail to finish and then it will all be done. 

7:00 pm:  We had so much fun back on the trails.  We took both quads back there and took our two youngest kids.  We played on the trails after we finished cleaning up.  There was so much mud and water.  We were all a muddy mess by the time we got finished but it was awesome!  We used to play quad tag all the time when the kids were little.  We have been so busy we haven’t been back to the trails for over 3 years.  I’m totally psyched to get started walking the trails!

8:00 pm:  It’s time for my last meal.  I’m having my 2 scoops of GAT Prolein along with my 3 Total Body Research Labs Colostrum and water.  It took a little bit of time to get all the mud cleaned up but it was so worth it.  I didn’t make the kids wear their old clothes and shoes so I have to wash them all and get them dry for tomorrow.  I’m going to sit down for a little bit then hopefully go to sleep.  I hope you all have a great night and sweet dreams…

12:00 am:  I’m having trouble getting to sleep again.  What on earth is going on with me?

4:00 am:  Well I’m still up.  I guess I’m going to watch a movie. 

6:30 am:  I can hear Greg getting up and waking the kids up.  I didn’t sleep again last night.  I’m wondering what is going on there.  I am going to go back to my room and try to get a little bit of sleep before Dad and I go to run our errands.  Cross your fingers I can sleep a few hours.

10:49 am: 2 scoops of Prolein by GAT,   1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water.
 I was gone a little longer than I thought I would be so I didn’t eat lunch.  I had a late breakfast anyway.  I hate not being on my schedule.  It makes me feel like total crap.

Greg has class tonight and Cody has a track meet,  so it’s dinner for three.  I’m going to do the dishes while I’m cooking dinner.  After dinner  I have to take the scraps, change the litter boxes and take out the trash. 

8:40 pm:  It’s time for my last meal.  I’m having my 2 scoops of Prolein along with my 3 TBR Labs Colostrum and water.  I’ve had my shower and now I’m sitting down and I am tired so I’m thinking I should sleep tonight.  Cody came home from his meet and he placed third in shot and 1st in the 400 meter.  I’m so proud of him.  He was never a runner but he’s doing well now.  He has inspired me to give running another chance.  He will push me when I want to give up so I’m excited about that.  I’m going to go now and I hope you all have a great night and sweet dreams…

Day 150, April 10, 2012

Good morning everyone.  Today is going to be another great day.  I hope yours is as well.  I’m going to have a quiet day by myself today until Dylan gets home from school.  Cody and Breanna are going to see Blue Man Group in Louisville, KY, and Greg is going to be at school.  He has a test so cross your fingers. 

7:45 am: 2 scoops of Prolein, a cup of coffee with  1 L-Carnitine Plus Raspberry Ketones by Top Secret Nutrition and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and water.

11:30 am:  Lean Cuisine Meal:  Turkey, Green beans and mashed potatoes with spray butter  1 L-Carnitine Plus Rasberry Ketones and 1 Dymatize Tonalin CLA, and ice tea with lemon.

4:00 pm:  Blackened chicken salad with fat free italian dressing, and an apple and banana, water,   1 L-Carntine Plus Raspberry Ketones and 1 Dymatie Tonalin CLA. 

5:00 pm:  I asked Dylan what he wanted to do and he said he wanted to go back to the woods.  He wanted to ride the trails, which we did, but then we also cleared some more brush out.  I talked to my in laws and they are going to mow a path so we can start walking.   My back is killing me so working in the woods must be doing something.  I am so out of shape.  But I keep doing it and I’m sweating like crazy so it is working.

8:00 pm:  It’s time for my last meal.  I’m having my 2 scoops of Prolein along with my 3 Colostrum by TBR Labs and water.  I’m sitting with my heating pad on my back.  I still feel great after getting outside again.  I have to say it was pretty chilly out there today but we were out there about two hours working again.  Need to pick up some more gas for the 4 wheeler and then we can get back to work tomorrow.  Dylan and I rented the movie Descendents so I’m off here for tonight.  I hope you all have a great night and sweet dreams.  Stay warm…

Day 143, April 4, 2012

Good morning everyone.  Today is going to be a a little slow for me today.  Feeling a little blah, thank you mother nature.  It’s kinda funny how we always celebrated when we were younger when it happened and now it’s just blah!  I’m kinda looking forward to the change so I don’t have to worry about it anymore.  I am pretty sure I have all of the terrible symptoms that NO ONE wants.  Tired, bloated, cramps, sick stomach, headache, etc, etc, etc.  It’s after 7:00 am so I had better get moving.

Breakfast:  Not hungry at all but I’m going to have a protein bar so I can take my supplements.  I cannot miss taking those.  3 Colostrum by TBR Labs, 3 SlimQuick Extreme, 1 L-Carnitine and my water. I skipped my coffee today since my tummy is upset.  More later. I’m going to lay on the couch.

12:00 pm:  I’m going to have a bowl of chicken soup and my 1 L-Carnitine.  I’m on my second bottle of water.  Still not a whole lot going on.  This weather stinks, show  me the sun again.

Day 141,  April 2, 2012

Good morning!  I don’t know about you but I am beginning to think the days are getting shorter and shorter!  I do not have enough time in the day to get everything done that needs to be done.  I had better start my day…

7:45 am:  Time for breakfast.  I’m going to have oatmeal with strawberries and splenda, along with with my cup of coffee and my 3 TBR Labs Colostrum, 3 SlimQuick Extreme, and 1 L-Carnitine and a glass of water. 

It’s time for a bike ride and then I have to pick up a few things in town and then it’s back to bake some low protein cookies for my two youngest.  Their diet is so crazy.  They never get to eat what all the other kids do.  They can’t have the cookies, cakes, brownies and so forth unless I take the time out to make then their low protein.  I need another 10 hours in a day just to get enough time to get a handle on their food.  You know how it gets when we have to eat the same thing every day.  I know I do.  It gets old fast.  Unfortunately I cannot go to the store and buy them some goodies, but thank goodness they have the low protein foods out there so I can fix the goodies for them. 

1:00 pm:  Finally going to have a banana and chicken salad with celery along with my water and 1 L-Carnitine.  I have to say I’m getting to where I don’t want the chicken salad if Idon’t have the celery. 

5:00 pm:  I’m having a bowl of vegetable soup.  I’m doing really well with my water intake today.  It does make it easier when I use the straw.  I bought some of that special K protein water so I’ve been drinking that too.  It’s different but it’s pretty good.  I took my L-Carnitine and now it’s time for me to go for my walk.  I have to get down so I can wear my bathing suit during our vacation in June.  I will so do this!

8:45 pm:  Time for my Cookies and Cream Ultimate Muscle Protein by Beverly International with 3 Colostrum by Total Body Research Labs, and 1 L-Carnitine.  I was 1.5 glasses shy of a gallon of water.  I have no idea why I don’t stay busy and drink my water.  It makes me feel a lot better.  Why do we do that kind of thing to ourselves?  Is it because we are hormonal woman or just plain stupid?  The world may never know…

Good morning!  I am not planning on doing a whole lot today.  I’m going to have my breakfast then watch a little bit of television then I’m laying out.  I’ve earned it after everything I’ve been doing and all of the working.  Ugh!  Why can’t we all just be independently wealthy?  LOL!

7:45 am:  I’m going to have a protein bar with my 3 TBR Labs Colostrum, 3 SlimQuick Extreme, and L-Carnitine.  I’ve got my cup of coffee and my glass of water and now it’s time for some chillaxin!

11:30 pm:  I’m going to have yet another bowl of my vegetable soup.  Have I mentioned that I put Cabbage in there along with a whole lot of other veggies and I’ve been eating a whole lot of it.  LOL!  My husband told me to throw the rest out.  I have a problem with the economy the way it is just throwing the food out.  So, instead, I just froze the rest.  I took my L-Carnitine with my glass of water and now it’s time for me to go and lay out.  I need to work on my tan lines.  I have decided to declare this “Laura Day”.  It’s tough but someone has to do it.  LOL! 

3:00 pm:  Ok I have to tell you something that is funny now that I can look back on it.  It was so not funny when it happened.  All right ladies, I was out on my back deck working on no tan lines when I hear a noise.  I had completely forgotten today was the day the Swan Man came.  My windows were open and my ipod was playing and I had my lounge chair right in front of the screen door.  I jumped up and slammed the door and hid in the bathroom until he left.  I was mortified!  I mean come on let’s face it.  We don’t want anyone to see us in our swim suit until we feel like we look good.  AND we sure as hell don’t want anyone to see us in our no suit until we KNOW we look good!  Geesh!  I need to lead a less exciting life for sure!  I can see it now, “Juvenile Detention Worker arrested for melting the Schwan’s ice cream!”  (You know from the burning humiliation!)

I got a lot done after my almost heart attack.  I mowed the grass, took the kids for a ride on the 4 wheeler back to the woods so my daughter could pick flowers, then I gave “how to ride a 4 wheeler” lessons to me two youngest.  I wasn’t ready when my son accidentally goosed it and I nearly fell off the back.  My legs actually went up into the air.  I looked like something from a cartoon.  Talk about an exciting day.  Then I took the trash out so Greg could relax after class and now it’s time for me to take a break and eat something.

7:00 pm:  1.5 scoops of Chocolate UMP protein shake with 3 Colostrum by TBR Labs, and 1 L-Carnitine.  I didn’t drink near enough water but with all the excitement it’s no wonder.  I think I need to take a much needed vacation from “Laura Day”.

Day 137, March 29, 2012

Good morning to everyone out there.  Today is the day I am going to attempt to run again.  I did alright before so I am going to do it again.  I’m going to take it slow, but you know what they say, “Slow and steady wins the race!”  Wish me luck! 

7:48 am:  Ok it’s off I go with a protein bar.  I do not really like how they taste but they do the trick.  I’m going to the grave yard where one of my best friends is buried to begin my running.  I had my 3 TBR Labs Colostrum, 3 SlimQuick Extreme, 1 L-Carnitine and my water.  Now I’m off to begin this thing.

11:30 am:  Chicken salad on celery with Carront sticks and strawberries with splenda, along with my 1 L-Carnitine and my water. 

I did alright for my first attempt at running.  I am so NOT good at it but at least I am doing it.  I am slow but I will keep at it.  I am a firm believer in at least trying.  I hope you all will try and trust me, you will feel so much better.

3:30 pm:  Protein bar with water and 1 L-Carnitine.  I’m on my way down to use the kinnect.  It’s been a little while since I have done my Zumba.  I am a little rusty but it will still be fun!

6:40 pm:  Baked chicken, steamed broccoli, and fruit salad with splenda, with 1 L-Carnitine and water.

It’s time for me to veg for a little while with the family.  We haven’t really done a whole lot for spring break but it’s partly because of the weather.  I cannot believe it’s this cool when it was so warm the past few weeks.

8:45 pm:  Last meal of the day.  I’m having the cookies and cream Ultimate Muscle Protein by Beverly International with my 3 Colostrum by Total Body Research Labs, 1 L-Carnitine and water.   It’s been a rather productive day.  I got to see a friend of mine that I grew up with.  It was nice.  I went to her house to see her grandson.  I cannot believe we are old enough for this.  I still feel like I’m a teen  myself.  I know you all know what I’m talking about.  It’s crazy stuff.  When did we all grow up?  I hope you all had a great night and I hope you have the sweetest dreams…

Greg has today off so we stayed up al little later than normal.  So of course that means we slept in a little longer than usual. 

9:00 am:  I have no idea what I want to eat.  I wish I was rich so I would have someone that would make me my food so I wouldn’t have to.  Ugh!  I’ve decided on oatmeal with splenda and strawberries and splenda with 3 TBR Labs Colostrum, 3 SlimQuick Extreme, and 1 L-Carnitine with my water.  I have loads to do today so I guess I had better get busy!

12:00 pm:  OMG!  I have decided that the muscles that I thought I had in my stomache DO NOT exist.  I’m thinking they are all in my imagination!  Have I mentioned that I think sit ups are something out of a torture chamber.  Who knew they would hurt this much?!!  I mean just because they have been on a bit of a hiatus it shouldn’t mean  they should hurt this much!  I’m thinking it hurt less when I had each of my four children.  I so think stomach muscles are over rated.  I wish I could just pay someone to do these stupid things for me!  JK!  Maybe!

12:30 pm:  I decided to drink my chocolate Ultimate Muscle Protein by Beverly with my 1 L-Carnitine and water as I am curling up in a little ball with my sore want to be stomach muscles!  Where have you stomach muscles been my whole life?!!

5:00 pm: I’m having an egg white omelette with fat free cheese and onions and green peppers.  I had a glass of water with lemon and my L-Carnitine.

8:00 pm:  Time for my Chocolate UMP protein shake with 3 Colostrum by TBR Labs, 1 L-Carnitine and water.  I’m a little slow moving tonight.  I hate ab workouts.  I guess the saying, “No pain, no gain!” is true.  LOL!  We rented movies for tonight.  I will say that I do miss having popcorn with my movies but I will push through without any.  It’s not the main thing I miss!  Nope, I really, really miss my Margarita’s!  Bar none!  I keep trying to visualize myself when I turn 40 on June 10.  I will be looking good!  Even if it kills me!  Well maybe not kills me.  But I will look good!   It’s time for me to go so we can watch our movies.  I hope you all had a great night and have the sweetest of dreams…

Good Morning!  So I had a thought!  I have been on a diet for 139 days and I’ve lost 50 pounds.  I guess that’s not terrible but I want more.  I know I have to focus more on working out, but I have to say I am kind of tired of being on a diet.  I guess I need to stop and take a minute to rethink some things!  I talked to Greg earlier and I need to quit thinking of myself as being on a diet and start thinking of the new lifestyle change.  It needs to be a change and not just a diet.  Diets are not something we can live with day in and day out!  Lifestyle changes are something entirely different.  I need to look at my pictures of my bathing suit and look at my before pictures and think about all the work I have done to get to where I am now.  It has been a long road but it has been totally worthwhile! 

8:00 am:  Egg white omelette with 3 Total Body Research Labs Colostrum, 3 SlimQuick Extreme, and 1 L-Carnitine with a glass of orange juice and water.  I have to say that the oj was the best part of the meal.  It has been a minute or two since I’ve had that.  It was yummy!  Now on to the rest of my day!

12:00 pm:  Lunch time!  I’m going to have Greg’s chicken and egg casserole.  I’m doing well drinking my water and I took my 1 L-Carnitine.  I’m thinking we are going to go for a bike ride.  FYI, my wonderful, awesome husband, Greg, bought me a big girl seat.  I am so glad to say that my behind was not sore at all at the end of the ride.  We rode 2 miles so I’m pretty happy.  Cross your fingers that later I don’t whine and complain about my rump!  LOL!

4:00 pm:  We are having beef Kabobs.  They have lean flank steak, green peppers, onions, carrots, squash and brown rice.  It was really good for a change.  I took my 1 L-Carnitine and my water with lemon. 

All in all we had a wonderful day.  We rented some movies again.  We rented the movie called The Way and it was pretty good.  It was about a father taking the ashes of his dead son on a pilgrimage.  We thought that would be a good thing for us to do in a few years after the kids leave the nest.  LOL!  I have definately come a long way.  I used to plan on us going and drinking and having a good time in Mexico and now I’m planning on going on a 500 mile walk.  Wow I have really come full circle haven’t I? 

8:00 pm:  I’ve decided to mix things up a bit and have a chocolate and cookies and cream Ultimate Muscle Protein with 3 TBR LabsColostrum and 1 L-Carnitine with water.  Today has been really nice.  I wish more of my days were like this.  I hope you all have had just as good a day as I have.  I hope you all have a great night and the sweetest of dreams…..

Day 140, April 1, 2012

Good Morning everyone!  Today is going to be an even better day than yesterday!  I have decided today is the day that I am going to run 10 miles!  April Fools!  Obviously!  I am lucky to be able to walk the 3 miles.  LOL!  However I will continue to walk and run and at some point in the future I will be able to run that 10 miles!  Just you wait and see!  Now on with my day!

8:00 am:  Coffee and protein bar for me.  I took my 3 Colostrum by Total Body Research Labs, 3 SlimQuick Extreme, and 1 L-Carnitine with my water.

12:00 pm:  It’s lunch time.  I made some vegetable soup and it was really good and healthy.  I trimmed all of the fat off of the beef so it is as healthy as it is yummy!  I took my 1 L-Carnitine and drank my water.  Now it’s time for us to rest on the porch swing and then we are off on our bike ride.  I cannot wait!  It is amazing how a seat can make such a difference.

We just finished our bike ride.  We rode a little over 2 miles.  I am going to walk with my bestie on our favorite walk.  I am loving this great weather.  I am so excited to be able to say that I not only rode my bike for over two miles, but I also walked over 3 miles.  I am so going to look F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S for my 40th birthday!  I love this!

5:00 pm:  I’m having another helping of my vegetable soup for dinner along with a fruit salad, and my L-Carnitine.  And now it’s time for us to weed our flower gardens.  It’s crazy how many weeds have grown.  It’s never ending!

8:00 pm:  Chores finished, and shower taken now it’s time for me to have my cookies and cream UMP protein shake by Beverly International with my 3 Colostrum by TBR Labs, 1 L-Carnitine and my water then it’s down time until we go to bed.  Army wives and Desperate Housewives are both on tonight!  Today has been a wonderful day.  And guess what?  They are just going to get better!  I hope you all have a great night and sweet dreams….
