Okay, over the last year, I have dropped roughly 45 lbs and 29% of my body fat. It’s been a year of dramatic changes all the way around for me. My goal, by Christmas this year was to be at 20% body fat and 125 lbs. While I am nearly there, I have been struggling with a plateau over the last 30 days or so…struggling that is until I started taking Atro-Phex by BSN. Holy Moly! This stuff totally rocks.
