Are you taking care of your bones?

Nov 21, 2008

bonesThe future health of your bones is completely determined by the life you led as a child. Given though that your childhood diet and activity levels will have an affect on your future bone health, recent research reveals that your adult lifestyle may have the greatest influence on the overall health of your bones. Be good to your bones by exercising regularly and getting enough bone-loving nutrients, like calcium, vitamin D, and vitamin C. The lack of these nutrients are one of the factors that can affect bone mineral density (BMD) in adults, as well as lack of protein, smoking, alcohol consumption, exercise habits, pregnancies, and certain medications such as hormone replacement therapies. Love your bones!

You guys have a great calcium supplement from Natures Science! I love there stuff, good quality and great products. The vitamin c you offer from beverly international and Nuco are very good products also. I also buy the American protein powder. Couldn’t ask for a better deal on that, and its a good product to. Thanks for the superb selection.

Different article. I knew you had an impact on your future as a child, but didn’t know you had that much of an impact on your bones! Great article.
